About

Based in Ireland, artist Christine Terres has been working with the medium of photography for over 15 years.  With a background in architectural, landscape and geotechnical graphics, her work is grounded in the exploration and manipulation of natural and manmade subjects. She has a particular interest in harnessing patterns from both micro and macro perspectives. 

Christine's recent series include: The Architecture of Faith, an examination of churches; Structures of Play, an exploration of architectural details from her travels; Through the Microscope, a series abstracting the idiosyncrasies of flowers and floral arrangements; Cityscapes, silhouettes brought to life through a sunrise or sunset; and Botanicals, a focus on the elegance of flowers.

Christine's work has been exhibited in:
